返金ポリシー

Returns are accepted on a case by case basis and will be evaluated per case. A restocking fee will apply in most cases. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Refunds are not given because you just changed your mind. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like  custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), We also do not offers refunds on parts that have been fully installed and used. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us so we can evaluate the situation and see if we can return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Any item accepted for return has to be in NEW condition. once installed, or modified it is not new anymore. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Refunds will be on product only and will not include labor or shipping costs. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Installed and used parts as well as Sale or clearance Items are not eligible for refunds.
